This pasta salad recipe combines all goodness you expect of a pasta salad. Great for a workout meal due to its lean en high protein ingredients such as spinach, tuna and boiled egg.

Ah, and if you don’t like Greek yoghurt just try crème fresh or even a few spoons of mayo! Anything goes with this pasta salad recipe. You can even try a bit of honey mustard! Yummy!

Pasta Salad Recipe step-by-step

Ingredients for an Easy Lasagna

Water to boil pasta A big pan A big pan
Penne 10 ounces 300 grams
Greek Yoghurt 3 ounces 90 ml
Tuna 6 ounces 150 grams
Bell Pepper 1 big bell pepper 1 big bell pepper
Capers 1 ounce 30 grams
Olives 1 ounce 30 grams
Chives 1 ounce 30 grams
Eggs 3 eggs 3 eggs
Fresh Spinaches 4 ounces 120 grams
Red Onion 1 onions 1 onion
Salt & Pepper A few pinches A few pinches

Pasta Salad Preparation

  • Chop the bell pepper in small to medium sized chunks
  • Cut the red onions in thin slices
  • Cut the olives in half
  • Hard boil the egg and cut in 4 wedges
  • Wash the spinach
  • Chop the chives in small pieces
  • Season the Greek yoghurt with salt/pepper and add the chives.

Pasta Salad Recipe Instructions

  1. Start cooking the pasta al Dente. Read here how to cook pasta to perfection.
  2. We want the pasta to be cold, so you can just drain when ready! Let it cool a bit
  3. Add all the ingredients and mix gently: Bell pepper; Red Onion; Tuna; Olives; Capers; and the Spinach!
  4. When all mixed add the seasoned chive yoghurt. Toss is a bit with your hands so you wont bruise the ingredients
  5. Add some more pepper to taste!
