Put all of the butter in a small-medium sized pan over medium heat! Stir a bit while you’re at it!

Keep on stirring and add 1/2 of the milk.
Again repeat with the flour to add all of the flour in there! While you add it, add the rest of the milk as well. Keep on stirring! Don’t forget to stir good, this is important!
Now we can start adding the cheeses. Again, the slower you do this the better. Just add some cheese, stir until melted and add more cheese. Stir more until melted and add all cheese! You got this, take your time! Add some love!
If the cheese doesn’t melt, put the heat a bit higher. But don’t let it burn! Keep on stirring.
Add the dried paprika spices and some pepper for more flavor!
