Cheesy Pasta Bake Cooking Instructions

  1. Start boiling the water to cook the pasta.
  2. Cook the pasta al Dente. Read here how to cook pasta to perfection.
  3. Put the butter in a small-medium sized pan over medium heat
  4. When the butter is starting to melt add all of the garlic!
  5. When melted put on low heat and slowly (very slowly) add ½ flour and stir.
  6. The slower you add the flower the better, because otherwise you get lumps.
  7. Keep on stiring and add 1/2 of the milk.
  8. Again repeat with the flour to add all of the flour in there! While you add it, add the rest of the milk as well. Keep on stirring! Don’t forget to stir well, this is important!
  9. Now we can start adding the cheeses. Again, the slower you do this the better. Just add some cheese, stir until melted and add more cheese.
  10. Stir more until melted and add all cheese!
  11. Add the dried paprika spices! Stir!
  12. Add the homemade cheese sauce and the pasta in a casserole
  13. Of course, you may add a bit of more cheese to top it all off!
  14. Cook for about 20min at 356°F or 180°C!
