Chicken Pasta Cooking Instructions

  1. Start cooking the pasta al Dente. Read here how to cook pasta to perfection.
  2. Fry (sauté) the onion a bit on medium fire with some oil.
  3. Add the garlic. We add this a bit later than the onion because the garlic may burn otherwise.
  4. Add the chicken to the same pan with the onion and garlic.
  5. While you’re at it, add the bell pepper! So all flavors have a good time to mix and to get to know each other!
  6. Put it on high fire until the chicken get a bit brown. Not too brown, caramel-ish color is great!
  7. Now add the tomato sauce and the crème-fresh. Give it a good stir until the sauce is boiling.
  8. When boiling put on low fire and add the herbs!
  9. Taste the sauce and if needed add some salt & pepper.
  10. Let the sauce simmer on low fire for about 5min. This makes the sauce, the chicken and all ingredients taste better!
  11. Add the sauce with the pasta! Give a good old stir and mix everything together and serve!
