Most of the ingredients are common and perhaps you already have them. If you don’t have for example mayonnaise, substitute with crème fresh. Or skip at all! No worries, your dressing will be great anyway!

No dill? No worries, try another dried green herb! Just experiment and try, it will taste nice anyway! Oregano, thyme, rosemary! Go for it!

Ingredients for Pasta Salad Dressing

Yoghurt 6 ounces 180 ml
Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons
Mustard 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon
Fresh Basil 2 ounces 50 grams
Dried dill 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon
Capers 1 ounce 30 grams
Garlic 1 clove 1 clove
Salt & Pepper A pinch A pinch

Pasta Salad Dressing Preparation

  • Cut the garlic as small as possible
  • Chop the capers a bit… not too small. Just a little chop
  • Chop the basil, just like the capers. Little chop here and there and you’re good!

Pasta Salad Dressing Cooking Instructions

  1. Put the yoghurt, mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl.
  2. Stir a bit and add the other ingredients: Chopped Garlic; Dried dill; Chopped Capers; Fresh Basil leaves; and a little Salt & Pepper
  3. Stir a bit more and taste. If you need any other ingredients, just add!
  4. If you like the dressing a bit thinner, add a bit of oil!
  5. Let the dressing sit for about 10 minutes before adding it to the salad!
