Roasted pine nuts 3.5 ounces 100 grams

  • Everything will be made fresh with the blender

Pesto Pasta Recipe Cooking Instructions

Again, and we cannot stress this enough, feel free to add ingredients on you own. Just don’t blend them with the pesto mixture. Add these at step 9 of this walk-through

  1. Cook the pasta al Dente. Read here how to cook pasta to perfection.
  2. Take half of the basil and chop in the food processor.
  3. Add the pine nuts, Parmesan and garlic and add 1/3 of the oil. Chop it good!
  4. Add the rest of the basil and chop more! Chop it real good!
  5. Now add the rest of the oil! Chop Chop!
  6. Scrap everything from the sides, bottom and where the chopper doesn’t chop.
  7. Give it one more good old chop and add some salt and pepper!
  8. Drain the pasta and add the Pesto mixture to the pasta!
  9. Stir gently so the pesto gets everywhere!
  10. Add some cherry tomatoes if you have! For colour!
